About Palm Beach County Criminal History

Palm Beach County criminal records are divided among the Clerk, sheriff, city police departments, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, corrections system, and state offender registry. We organize the verified portals, counters, fees, and request routes so readers can identify the public office that created the record and go there directly.

Why We Built This Site

Florida's broad access policy still leaves a routing problem. PBSO holds county booking and custody data, the Clerk preserves filed charges and dispositions, and FDLE compiles the statewide criminal-history repository. FDC and the Florida Sexual Offender and Predator Public Registry answer different questions again. This resource was built to make those boundaries clear and to collect Palm Beach County's official access details in a usable form.

What You Will Find Here

  • Agency routes: verified contacts for PBSO, the Clerk, FDLE, and other official custodians
  • Record instructions: ways to search and interpret Palm Beach County criminal cases
  • Official products: the practical difference between an FDLE name search and fingerprint self-review
  • Relief information: Florida sealing and expunction sources and the court filing path

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference, independent of every Florida court, police department, sheriff, and state agency. That independence creates firm limits:

  • We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
  • We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now

Only the issuing agency - the sheriff, the court, or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) - can provide an official copy of a criminal record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Independent providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their own results, prices, accounts, and data practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set the provider's charge nor determine which records it returns.
